To further development the Group’s consumer electronics distribution business, the Group has subscribed for 75% of entire issued share capital of Signeo International Limited (“Signeo”). The expertise of Signeo in manufacturing professional and consumer audio products will bring potential synergies to the Group’s existing business in consumer electronics.

Signeo has globally launched its new line of superior personal audio products – SOUL by Ludacris ®, an exciting innovation which has enjoyed overwhelming response since its pre-launch in Atlanta during October 2010. In a unique collaboration with the Grammy-winning and globally renowned artist, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, this dynamic line has initially debuted five high definition headphones models that combines the enhanced sound quality of a professional headphone with a distinctive flair for self-expression and individual style.
