Venture Capital Business is one of the principal sources of income for AV Concept. The venture capital business engages in the investments in listed/unlisted equity and debt investments with an ultimate objective of obtaining capital gains on investee’s equity listing or, in some circumstances, prior to listing. It also includes investments in managed funds, convertible bonds and listed bonds.

 

The current venture capital investments mainly comprised of Tooniplay Co., Ltd. (a Korea Company principally engaged in mobile game development business)   and Urban City Joint Stock Company (a Vietnamese e-commerce Company).
